Returns / Refunds Policy
When receiving your delivery, please check all furniture for any damages, dirt marks, rips or tears before excepting your item. If not, we will conclude that you have received the item in perfect condition and are happy with it.
If when you have opened your item there is a manufacturer fault, we will exchange your item within a maximum of 7 days, free of charge.
If goods are returned with no faults, there will be a £30 admin fee + £10 to cover fuel costs.
Goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt.
Goods must be in their original packaging and brand-new condition, unused and unopened.
