• After ordering a sofa from a well known retailer and after having an on- site survey, having four delivery dates, sofa finally arrived only to find that they could not get it through the doorway! Settled on another sofa that also could not get through the doorway. I spoke to Vicki after viewing the web site, she took photos for me, sent them on whatsapp and the sofa was delivered that same day. Fantastic service, would recommend highly.
